Return & Exchange Policy

Attire Wear – Pakistan

At Attire Wear, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect all products before dispatch, but if you experience any issue, we’re here to help.

1. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Tags must be intact.

  • Invoice/Order number is required.

We allow exchange in case of:

  • Wrong size received

  • Wrong item received

  • Manufacturing defect

2. Return Policy

We only accept returns in the following cases:

  • Incorrect item delivered

  • Defective/damaged product

  • Product not as described

Returns are not applicable for:

  • Change of mind

  • Slight color difference due to lighting/screen settings

  • Minor stitching irregularities (within acceptable standards)

3. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.

  • Refunds are issued via bank transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash (as per customer preference).

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchange & Return Procedure

To request an exchange or return:

  2. Share:

    • Order number

    • Clear pictures of the product

    • Reason for exchange/return

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours.

5. Shipping Charges

  • For size exchange: Customer pays return shipping.

  • For wrong or defective item: Attire Wear covers shipping cost.

6. Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Discounted items (50% or more)

  • Clearance sale products

  • Innerwear (if applicable)

7. Important Notes

  • We recommend checking the size chart carefully before placing an order.

  • Attire Wear reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy conditions.

  • Without original packaging, exchange will not be processed.
